ANDREW M. KOZUMPLIK

Andrew graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2004 with a Bachelor in Arts in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2011. 

After graduating law school, Andrew took a job as a corporate and securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, where his practice focused on advising private companies and venture capital firms for 9 years. 

In 2019, Andrew helped found Bressman Family Law, and shortly thereafter joined the firm as Of Counsel and is the firm's CFO and COO. 

In addition to advising on general family law matters, Andrew adds a rare skill set to our firm with his experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and his specialized knowledge of corporate/securities matters which he uses to advise firm clients and other family law firms when they have a need for specialized knowledge. 

In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, reading fiction, watching superhero and action movies, exercising, watching the Giants/Niners, hunting, fishing, camping, snowboarding, playing and coaching soccer, and playing basketball and tennis.
